Critical Defense Industry Enterprises

Manufacturers of weapons, military and special equipment, ammunition, and their components, recognized by the Ministry of Defense as critically important defense industry enterprises under one of the following economic significance criteria:

  • An active state defense contract or participation in its execution
  • A contract for weapons production funded through charitable contributions, provided the products are delivered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
  • A contract for defense-related work concluded with the main executor of tasks and activities under a state target program
